Habitat
It is found in dry grasslands and on rough pastures with extensive areas of bare ground, on short turf by roadsides. It occurs in wide altitudinal gradient (up to 1650 m asl.), from lowland fens with earthy ground, and sand dunes, to upland moors with sparse vegetation.
Abundance
Less frequent, but at the particular sites abundant species, with regular distribution in Slovakia.
