Habitat
This ground-dwelling species lives in habitats with sparse vegetation cover near or in forests, in their clearings and clear-cuts, along forest paths and less often in moors and marshes up to 1400 m asl.
Abundance
One of frequent and abundant groundhopper species with regular distribution in Slovakia, in some forested areas sometimes occurring in abundant populations.
