Habitat
Brachypterous species prefers habitats as the alpine grasslands, moraines and scree slopes and montane heathland with dwarf shrubs or forest clearings between 450 and 1600 m asl. It prefers habitats with a high portion of bare soil.
Abundance
Rare mountaineous species with fragmented distribution, distributed only in the mountains and basins of central Slovakia mostly with low abundance.
