Habitat
Lowland hay meadows and all types of grasslands (rich in herbs) from wet meadows to mezic grasslands up to 150 m asl. Late mowing season (mid-June or later), is allowing the species to complete its life cycle (similar as in other “grassland” Isophya species).
Abundance
Annex II species, very rare and very early species, it is distributed only in very isolated area in SW Slovakia (N limit of its area).
