Habitat
Suitable habitats are sparse vegetation in sandy areas, such as open sand dunes, less also salt steppes and salt marshes, mostly in lowlands up to 200 m asl., rarely in hilly xeric habitats up to 400 m asl. (N limit of its area).
Abundance
Less frequent species with fragmented distribution, and with rather high abundance in the best sandy sites, mainly along Danube and Latorica River.
