Habitat
It likes warm and sunny habitats with short and sparse vegetation up to 1600 m asl. Most records are from extensively cultivated grassland, roadside verges, areas of open ground and dry / semi-dry grassland.
Abundance
One of our most frequent and abundant grasshopper species, with regular distribution in Slovakia.
